I have used Jess and Scott Poland to both purchase and sell homes. My most recent experience was buying a new build and they were there every step of the way to help us navigate that process. I cannot say enough good things about these amazing people. They are professional, follow through and follow up on everything and more importantly genuinely care about their clients. The selling process was so smooth with a professional stager and photographer to make my house look better than ever; which translated into selling the house for more than we asked for! If I ever need to buy or sell a home again there's no doubt who I'll be calling.

I wish there was a rating higher than a 5 for this team! Katja helped us find our new home, she was so patient with us and really understood our wants and needs! Jess & Scott helped us with the sale of our home. The team brought in the services we needed to get our place ready for market and staged to sell! The communication and honest conversations are top notch and Jess worked very hard with us to get us the best offer for our loved home. She really understood the challenge of selling the home that was always in our family and where we raised our kids! I can not say enough good things about this amazing team! We have been clients of Paul Fitzpatrick (Home Group Realty & before) for almost 20 years and would not use any other brokerage so having this team be aligned was the best of both worlds. While my review from 3 years ago remains true, having dealt with them a second time and on both ends (selling and buying) we could not be happier with the experience, the care and customer service.The after care that these 2 put in to their customers with thoughtful gifts, events and more is unbelievable and so appreciated.Jess and Scott know the market, know the trends and really listen to what is important to you when you buy or sell a home.Jess and Scott have been incredible through the selling process. Incredibly organized, clear communication and consistently went above and beyond (even planted plants in the garden) to make sure our house sold. They kept us informed about market changes and offered suggestions on how to sell our house for the price we wanted. So happy with the process with them.
